that judge is corrupt AF
Wow! This is soo infuriating and sad! I don't even know if I want to finish listening to this podcast. Why are the judges or the doctors never held responsible or reprimanded for this, they are destroying peoples lives.. I hope to God those same doctors are not still working probably marking all these cases incorrectly! I'm greatful I don't live in Texas
CPS workers think they are judge & jury. Corruption of power. What's fucked up is they have made horrifying mistakes in taken kids from good parents & leaving kids with abusive parents. I don't think they get enough training or education. From what I've seen in many cases is that they are lazy & just out to get people for their own gratification. The whole system needs to be investigated & re vamped.
this is why people should be hired for merit not for the ability to tick a diversity box. gross incompetence. my heart goes out to both families.

That's What the system want to happen fatherless kids just like when mothers go for section 8 there can never be a father in the picture or they will be Kicked out the system wants fatherless kids .
I understand that CPS serves a purpose but I've believed for a long time they cause more harm than good in so many cases. It is disgusting to me to hear in this podcast they're scheduling "secret" court hearings. I am convinced the public's right to due process is diminishing each day.
I have always thought of CPS as scum. This podcast proves it. I've heard plenty of horror stories involving CPS throughout my life.

This system is so broken! So tragic, even if they get the money back that they lost in the process those children have been traumatized. The system is working against fathers! That hospital needs to be sued!
